This year, at the Southeast Regional Armwrestling Championship, we are hosting the first-ever Empower House Challenge. At this event, competitors are invited to compete in three historic strongman lifts: Saxon Bar, Apollon’s Axle, and the Legends Anvil. Each event is open weight class, three attempts, rising bar. Winners will be awarded prizes that have yet to be determined.
